2/ Your claim would need to be
supported by a written quotation from a UK registered company with current stock
and prices, offering a like for like delivery service
(Unless this is a website, where we will check it
for you).
3/ The product(s)details and
catalogue part number must be identical in Brand, manufacture, and quality (ie
not seconds)
4/ The product must be in stock
and available for immediate purchase from the alternative supplier.
The price
promise exists only on quoted products, we cannot consider products already
purchased either from The Tile Experience, its associated companies, or one of
our competitors, so we will be unable to enter into any retrospective settlement
on bought products
We reserve the right, to not enter into any agreement with a customer to sell or
agree into giving any additional discount as originally stated.
