ARDITEX NA® is ARDEX’s original latex-based levelling and smoothing compound, trusted by contractors for decades due to its unrivalled versatility, reliability and site tolerance.
Designed to significantly reduce preparation time and cost, ARDITEX NA® eliminates the need for priming in most situations and can be applied directly to a wide range of challenging substrates — including damp concrete and old adhesive residues.

Typical applications
ARDITEX NA® is designed to level and smooth uneven internal subfloors prior to the installation of ceramic tiles, vinyl, carpet, LVT and other common floor finishes.
It is also suitable for encapsulating underfloor heating cables or mats before fixing ceramic tiles.

Mixing
Each unit consists of a 20kg bag of ARDITEX NA® powder and a 4.95kg bottle of ARDITEX NA® latex.
- Shake and pour the latex into a clean mixing container
- Add powder gradually while mixing continuously
- Use an electric drill with ARDEX mixing paddle for best results
- For smaller mixes, use a 3:1 powder-to-latex ratio by volume
Application
Pour the mixed compound onto the prepared floor and spread using a trowel or ARDEX Pin Leveller to the required thickness in one operation.
Apply at floor temperatures above 5°C. The use of a spiked roller while the material is still wet will improve surface finish and performance.
Thickness & coverage
The standard mix can be applied from a feather edge up to 12mm. For thicknesses above 8mm, the incorporation of ARDEX Coarse Aggregate is recommended and allows build-ups up to 30mm.

Do I need to prime before using ARDITEX NA®?
No. ARDITEX NA® is designed to bond directly to most common substrates without priming, including concrete, tiles, plywood and old adhesive residues.
Can ARDITEX NA® be used on damp concrete?
Yes. ARDITEX NA® is unaffected by moisture and can be applied directly to damp concrete.
Is it suitable for underfloor heating?
Yes. ARDITEX NA® is suitable for use over underfloor heating systems and for encapsulating heating cables or mats.
How soon can tiles be installed?
At a typical thickness of 3mm, ceramic tiles can be installed in as little as 3 hours under good site conditions.

30-day return window
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. You also have a statutory 14-day cancellation right from the date of receipt.
Items must be unused & in original packaging
Returned goods must be uninstalled, unaltered and in the same condition as received.
Installed or cut items cannot be returned
Once tiles or materials have been cut, altered or installed, no return or refund is possible under any circumstances.
How to start a return
Contact us first at info@tileexperience.co.uk or call 0208 689 4187. Send the item back with your name and order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refund to original payment method
Processed within 3–5 working days of us receiving and approving your return.
Original delivery charges are not refunded. If no refund after 15 business days, contact us.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report within 48 hours of receipt. Email info@tileexperience.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage. Confirmed replacements are sent next working day at no charge.
Non-stocked brands — restocking fee may apply
Returns for Genesis, Marmox and Bihui carry up to a 20% restocking fee. Schluter trims: 35% standard return, 15% if returning with a replacement order.
Cancellations
Cancel before dispatch for a full refund including delivery. Cancel after dispatch by rejecting the delivery — refund for goods only, not the delivery charge.
