Trade Account holders can make payments using various methods, including credit or debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and bank transfer (on request only) depending on your agreement with Tile Experience.

Do you offer free tile samples for Trade Account holders?

Yes, Tile Experience offers free tile samples to both regular customers and Trade Account holders. You can order up to 4 free tile samples directly from the product pages that offer this option. The samples provided are cut to a standard size of 150x150mm. Please note that free samples are not available for non-stocked items. If a specific tile does not have the sample option, it means that samples for that item are not available.

How do you handle shipping for Trade Account orders?

Tile Experience uses a variety of shipping methods to ensure your orders are delivered safely and efficiently. For smaller parcels, we use DPD and APC Overnight services. For larger pallet deliveries, we partner with Palletways. Additionally, if you're within the M25 area in London, we offer delivery through our own shipping transport on certain days of the week. This ensures timely and reliable delivery directly from our warehouse to your site.
