• • All sample orders will ship for FREE (no shipping cost occurs) 
  • We will use Royal Mail tracked 48 or 24 service for all sample orders. It may takes 1-3 working days.

Very occasionally an order may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, with this in mind we always recommend getting your order delivered before booking a tiler/fitter. We will always advise on delays as soon as we have been informed.
