Delivery options

We currently offer free delivery for all orders over £450 inclusive of VAT when placed before 12pm, for orders less than this value and over 50kgs we have 2 delivery options available –

Next day service (next working day)

Economy service (2-3 working days)

The cost for each service is calculated by order weight and delivery location. To ensure we provide a safe delivery, all orders over 50kg will be palletised. Please note orders under 50kg have a next day delivery service as standard.

* Please note in order to qualify for next day delivery orders need to be placed before 12 noon and also please note this is a working day service. Order placed on friday with be delivered the following monday and order placed over the weekend will be delivered on the following tuesday (next day deliveries are not gauranteed due to complications that could arise with the couriers that are out of our control)*

Click & Collect is also an option between Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm from the below address –

Delivery time

Deliveries are made between 8-5pm, if you do require a specific time slot please call us on 02086894187 and we can see if we can help at all. Please ensure you have someone present for delivery to check, inspect, and sign for the goods.

 

Returns and damages

Returns – If you change your mind with your order, no problem we will accept back returns within 30 days of delivery. Simply send the order back to us with your name and order number and we will get the refund processed for you – excluding the original delivery charge. Please note non-stocked items being returned might be subject to a 20% restocking fee due to this being passed on from the supplier.

 

Damages - We inspect all orders prior to leaving our warehouse to make sure there are no damages, however if in the unlikely event your order has been damaged in transit please email us at info@tileexperience.co.uk with images of your damaged order and your order number. Once received we will send out replacements on our next day delivery service.

 

Delays

Very occasionally an order may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, with this in mind we always recommend to get your order delivered before booking a tiler/fitter. We will always advise on delays as soon as we have been informed.
