SAMPLE ORDER

 

• • All sample orders are shipped for FREE (no shipping cost occurs) 
  • We use Royal Mail tracked 48 or 24 service for all our sample orders. It may take 1-3 working days.

(We use DPD, APC Overnight for all order under 50kg and Palletways for all orders over 50kg (small, full pallet))

• • Deliveries are made between 8am to 6pm. Please ensure you have someone present for delivery to check, inspect, and sign for the goods.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT BOOK A TILER/FITTER UNTIL YOU RECEIVED AND CHECKED THE PRODUCTS. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR UNFORESEEN DELAY.

 

Very occasionally an order may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, with this in mind we always recommend getting your order delivered before booking a tiler/fitter. We will always advise on delays as soon as we have been informed.
