ARDEX A 35 produces ultra-rapid drying floor screed which can be walked on after just 3 hours and floorcoverings installed in as little as 4 hours, regardless of thickness. Use ARDEX A 35 for bonded, unbonded and floating screeds in internal locations.

USE
ARDEX A 35 is used to produce bonded, unbonded and floating screeds for internal locations. It can also be used for large repairs to existing cement/sand screeds. It is ideal for situations where early foot traffic and rapid hardening is required.
THICKNESS
ARDEX A 35 should be applied to the following thicknesses:
- Bonded screeds: 15mm - 40mm
- Unbonded screeds: 50mm+
- Floating screeds: 75mm+ or 65mm+ in lightly loaded/ domestic locations
When used for screed repairs, ARDEX A 35 can be applied to the full thickness of the existing cement/sand screed.
COVERAGE
Using a 1:4 mix, by weight material requirement is approximately 0.37kg of ARDEX A 35 per m2 per millimetre of screed thickness i.e. approximately 2.7m2 at 25mm thick or 4.5m2 at 15mm thick per bag.
Using a 1:5 mix, material requirement is approximately 0.31kg of ARDEX A 35 per m2 per millimetre of screed thickness i.e. approximately 3.2m2 at 25mm thick or 5.4m2 at 15mm thick per bag.
For slurry bonding, allow an extra 2 x 25kg ARDEX A 35 cement and 3 x 5kg of ARDEX P 51 bonding agent or 9 x 25kg ARDEX A 18 per 100m2.
Working time at 20°C: approx. 60 minutes
Walkability at 20°C: approx. 3 hours
MOISTURE TESTING: The Speedy Moisture Tester (Carbide Method) must be used to test moisture. Please consult ARDEX Technical Services for further advice.

30-day return window
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. You also have a statutory 14-day cancellation right from the date of receipt.
Items must be unused & in original packaging
Returned goods must be uninstalled, unaltered and in the same condition as received.
Installed or cut items cannot be returned
Once tiles or materials have been cut, altered or installed, no return or refund is possible under any circumstances.
How to start a return
Contact us first at info@tileexperience.co.uk or call 0208 689 4187. Send the item back with your name and order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refund to original payment method
Processed within 3–5 working days of us receiving and approving your return.
Original delivery charges are not refunded. If no refund after 15 business days, contact us.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report within 48 hours of receipt. Email info@tileexperience.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage. Confirmed replacements are sent next working day at no charge.
Non-stocked brands — restocking fee may apply
Returns for Genesis, Marmox and Bihui carry up to a 20% restocking fee. Schluter trims: 35% standard return, 15% if returning with a replacement order.
Cancellations
Cancel before dispatch for a full refund including delivery. Cancel after dispatch by rejecting the delivery — refund for goods only, not the delivery charge.
