Recommended Uses

ARDEX AF 325 is ideal for installing all textile floorcoverings, including:

  • Fibre bonded and needle punch carpets
  • Latex and rubber foam backed carpets
  • Hessian, polypropylene, nylon, “action-bac”, felt, and resin-backed carpets
  • Natural materials such as sea grass, hessian, and jute

Compatible with ARDEX Latex and water-based levelling and smoothing compounds in both commercial and domestic settings. Suitable for use with chairs fitted with castor wheels.

How to Apply

  1. Ensure subfloor is sound, smooth, and dry.
  2. Stir ARDEX AF 325 thoroughly before use to ensure polymer dispersion.
  3. Apply adhesive evenly using a notched trowel (B1/B2).
  4. Allow to air for 5–10 minutes before placing the carpet.
  5. Lay the carpet within 30 minutes of application and press firmly to secure.

Storage & Shelf Life

Store ARDEX AF 325 in unopened containers in cool, dry conditions, protected from frost, excessive heat, and draughts. Shelf life is 12 months from the date shown on the packaging.

This service is only available for orders over 50kg. There is no additional charge for this service.


Sample Orders:

All sample orders are shipped for free via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or 24 service. Delivery typically takes 1-3 working days.


Delivery Methods:

Non-sample orders under 50kg will be dispatched via DPD or APC Overnight. Non-sample orders over 50kg (quarter, half, and full pallets) will be dispatched via Palletways or Kandrmason (curbside delivery only).

30-day return window

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. You also have a statutory 14-day cancellation right from the date of receipt.

Items must be unused & in original packaging

Returned goods must be uninstalled, unaltered and in the same condition as received.

Installed or cut items cannot be returned

Once tiles or materials have been cut, altered or installed, no return or refund is possible under any circumstances.

How to start a return

Contact us first at info@tileexperience.co.uk or call 0208 689 4187. Send the item back with your name and order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refund to original payment method

Processed within 3–5 working days of us receiving and approving your return.

Original delivery charges are not refunded. If no refund after 15 business days, contact us.

Damaged or incorrect items

Report within 48 hours of receipt. Email info@tileexperience.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage. Confirmed replacements are sent next working day at no charge.

Non-stocked brands — restocking fee may apply

Returns for Genesis, Marmox and Bihui carry up to a 20% restocking fee. Schluter trims: 35% standard return, 15% if returning with a replacement order.

Cancellations

Cancel before dispatch for a full refund including delivery. Cancel after dispatch by rejecting the delivery — refund for goods only, not the delivery charge.

Important: Do not book a tiler or fitter until your order has arrived and been fully checked. Installed tiles cannot be returned.
