USE

Levels uneven internal subfloors for a smooth finish. Suitable for concrete, cement/sand screeds, terrazzo, flooring-grade asphalt, quarry tiles, internal steel floors, ARDEX Damp Proof Membranes, porcelain tiles, and plywood. Ideal for low-odour applications.

Encapsulates under-tile heating cables/mats on concrete, screed, or tile backing boards before fixing ceramic tiles.

Apply from a feather edge up to 12mm in one layer or 30mm with ARDEX Coarse Aggregate.

Note: Not for use on rubber, linoleum, cork, or moisture-sensitive floor coverings.

MIXING

Mix one 20kg bag of ARDITEX NA powder with 4.95kg of ARDITEX NA latex. Shake and pour the latex into a clean container, then gradually add the powder while stirring continuously. Use an ARDEX mixing paddle with a 10mm chuck electric drill for easy mixing. For smaller batches, mix 3 parts powder to 1 part latex.

APPLICATION

Pour the mixed material onto the prepared floor and spread with a trowel or ARDEX Pin Leveller in one operation. Apply at floor temperatures above 5°C. Use a spiked roller while wet to enhance surface quality and performance.

COVERAGE

One unit of ARDITEX NA covers approximately 5m² at 3mm thickness on a flat, level surface. More material may be needed for rough or uneven areas.

STORAGE AND SHELF LIFE

ARDITEX NA powder lasts at least 12 months when stored dry. The latex lasts 9 months in a sealed container if kept frost-free and out of direct sunlight.
