ARDEX K 15 HB is an advanced and versatile high build levelling compound designed for applications from 5mm up to a maximum of 35mm. It is virtually tension free and is designed to rapidly level uneven, hard subfloors. Used in conjunction with either ARDEX P 82, ARDEX P 51 or ARDEX P 4 primers, ARDEX K 15 HB can be applied to old subfloors, e.g. concrete and other hard and rigid bases. ARDEX K 15 HB is a grey powder consisting of special cements, graded aggregates and high quality synthetic resins. When mixed with water, a fluid, pumpable mortar is produced which can be applied to the required thickness in one operation.
For thicknesses greater than 20mm it is possible to incorporate ARDEX Coarse Aggregate in the mixed mortar, thus giving significant cost savings for greater application thicknesses. When applied at 20°C ARDEX K 15 HB can normally be walked on after approximately 2 hours. The applied product dries and hardens rapidly so that even thick applications are ready to receive resilient floor finishes such as PVC within 24 hours. Ceramic floor tiles can be installed on top of ARDEX K 15 HB as soon as the surface of the ARDEX K 15 HB has attained sufficient strength and hardness, typically 4 hours after application at 20°C.

30-day return window
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. You also have a statutory 14-day cancellation right from the date of receipt.
Items must be unused & in original packaging
Returned goods must be uninstalled, unaltered and in the same condition as received.
Installed or cut items cannot be returned
Once tiles or materials have been cut, altered or installed, no return or refund is possible under any circumstances.
How to start a return
Contact us first at info@tileexperience.co.uk or call 0208 689 4187. Send the item back with your name and order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refund to original payment method
Processed within 3–5 working days of us receiving and approving your return.
Original delivery charges are not refunded. If no refund after 15 business days, contact us.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report within 48 hours of receipt. Email info@tileexperience.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage. Confirmed replacements are sent next working day at no charge.
Non-stocked brands — restocking fee may apply
Returns for Genesis, Marmox and Bihui carry up to a 20% restocking fee. Schluter trims: 35% standard return, 15% if returning with a replacement order.
Cancellations
Cancel before dispatch for a full refund including delivery. Cancel after dispatch by rejecting the delivery — refund for goods only, not the delivery charge.
