Use Fuga-Shock to eliminate epoxy grout residues and streaks from tiled surfaces, particularly after epoxy grouting where a light haze or resin marks can remain.

How to use

    Prepare the surface

    Remove dust first. Ensure the epoxy grout is fully hardened before cleaning.

  2. 2

    Shake and apply

    Shake the bottle well. Apply evenly to the surface using a white scrubbing pad.

  3. 3

    Allow to act (short dwell time)

    Leave for a few minutes until residue visibly lifts (typically within about 2–5 minutes). Do not exceed 5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Agitate, rinse, dry

    Scrub mechanically with an abrasive felt pad, then rinse thoroughly and dry carefully. A wet vacuum can help ensure complete removal on larger areas.

Important notes

  • Protect nearby sensitive surfaces (painted/varnished elements, rubber seals, certain plastics) and avoid prolonged contact with vapours.
  • Always test first on a spare tile or an inconspicuous area—especially on marble or natural stone.
  • Leaving the product to act for more than 5 minutes may cause physical or colour alterations in grout.
  • Wear suitable PPE (gloves, goggles and protective clothing).

What surfaces can I use Fuga-Shock on?

It’s designed for ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles and glass mosaics on floors and walls. Always test first, especially on sensitive or unknown finishes.

Can I use it on marble or natural stone?

A test area is strongly recommended before use on marble or natural stone, as some stones can be sensitive.

How long should I leave it before rinsing?

Typically around 2–5 minutes—rinse thoroughly and dry after cleaning. Avoid leaving it longer than 5 minutes.

Do I need to dilute it?

It’s ready-to-use and can be diluted with water in various ratios depending on residue levels and surface conditions. For lighter cleaning, higher dilution can increase coverage.

Any key safety precautions?

Wear gloves and eye protection, protect nearby sensitive surfaces, ventilate the area where possible, and rinse treated surfaces thoroughly. Store above +5°C and protect from frost.

30-day return window

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. You also have a statutory 14-day cancellation right from the date of receipt.

Items must be unused & in original packaging

Returned goods must be uninstalled, unaltered and in the same condition as received.

Installed or cut items cannot be returned

Once tiles or materials have been cut, altered or installed, no return or refund is possible under any circumstances.

How to start a return

Contact us first at info@tileexperience.co.uk or call 0208 689 4187. Send the item back with your name and order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Refund to original payment method

Processed within 3–5 working days of us receiving and approving your return.

Original delivery charges are not refunded. If no refund after 15 business days, contact us.

Damaged or incorrect items

Report within 48 hours of receipt. Email info@tileexperience.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage. Confirmed replacements are sent next working day at no charge.

Non-stocked brands — restocking fee may apply

Returns for Genesis, Marmox and Bihui carry up to a 20% restocking fee. Schluter trims: 35% standard return, 15% if returning with a replacement order.

Cancellations

Cancel before dispatch for a full refund including delivery. Cancel after dispatch by rejecting the delivery — refund for goods only, not the delivery charge.

Important: Do not book a tiler or fitter until your order has arrived and been fully checked. Installed tiles cannot be returned.
