Kerakoll Fuga-Soap is a high-performance, ready-to-use detergent designed to effectively remove streaks and residues of Fugalite® Color from ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and marble surfaces. Ideal for both post-installation cleaning and ongoing maintenance, this water-based formula delivers powerful cleaning while maintaining a low ecological impact and low VOC emissions.

Fuga-Soap is formulated for the removal of:
- Fugalite® Color streaks and residues after installation

Not suitable for: surfaces sensitive to alkaline (basic) agents.
Instructions for Use
1. Preparation of Substrates
- Ensure that Fugalite® Color is fully hardened before cleaning.
- Remove surface dust and debris prior to application.
2. Product Preparation
Fuga-Soap is a yellowish liquid supplied ready to use. Shake the bottle well before opening to ensure uniform dispersion.
Dilution (depending on dirt level):
- 1:1 – heavy residues
- 1:3 – routine cleaning
Use warm water for best results.
3. Application
- Perform a preliminary test in an inconspicuous area.
- Apply evenly using a white rough scrubbing pad.
- Allow the product to act for a few minutes (up to 10–15 minutes depending on residue).
- Scrub mechanically with abrasive felt pads.
- Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry completely.
- For large areas, use a mechanical buffer for improved efficiency.
- Repeat the process for stubborn or aged residues.
4. Cleaning of Tools
Clean all equipment with water immediately after use.

Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. You also have a statutory 14-day cancellation right from the date of receipt.
Items must be unused & in original packaging
Returned goods must be uninstalled, unaltered and in the same condition as received.
Installed or cut items cannot be returned
Once tiles or materials have been cut, altered or installed, no return or refund is possible under any circumstances.
How to start a return
Contact us first at info@tileexperience.co.uk or call 0208 689 4187. Send the item back with your name and order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refund to original payment method
Processed within 3–5 working days of us receiving and approving your return.
Original delivery charges are not refunded. If no refund after 15 business days, contact us.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report within 48 hours of receipt. Email info@tileexperience.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage. Confirmed replacements are sent next working day at no charge.
Non-stocked brands — restocking fee may apply
Returns for Genesis, Marmox and Bihui carry up to a 20% restocking fee. Schluter trims: 35% standard return, 15% if returning with a replacement order.
Cancellations
Cancel before dispatch for a full refund including delivery. Cancel after dispatch by rejecting the delivery — refund for goods only, not the delivery charge.
