Keraquick Easy S1 by Mapei is a high-performance, rapid-set, flexible tile adhesive designed for professional installations where speed, strength, and versatility are essential. Suitable for both interior and exterior applications, it allows floor tiles to be grouted in as little as 2 hours and supports full service use within 24 hours, making it ideal for high-traffic commercial and domestic environments.

Recommended Uses:
- Fast-track renovations in commercial environments: supermarkets, airports, showrooms, public buildings

- Tiling over heated screeds, undertile heating cables, or plywood floors

- Refurbishment of heavily trafficked zones and industrial plants (e.g. dairies, breweries)
Compatible Substrates:
- Cement-based and calcium sulphate screeds (appropriately prepared)
- Concrete
- Plywood (min. 15mm thick, screw-fixed)
- Tilebacker boards
- Existing unglazed ceramic floor tiles
Application Instructions:
- 1. Surface Preparation: Ensure substrate is dry, stable, and free from contaminants like oil, paint, or old adhesive. Mechanically abrade power-floated concrete. Prime absorbent substrates with Eco Prim T Plus (1:2 diluted) or Primer G (neat).
- 2. Mixing: Add 4.2–4.6L of clean water per 20kg bag. Stir mechanically to form a lump-free paste. Let stand for 2 minutes, then stir briefly again. Use within 30 minutes.
- 3. Application: Apply with a notched trowel (max. 10mm bed). Use the flat edge to skim the surface first for maximum contact. For large format tiles or exterior installations, back-butter tiles for full coverage.
- 4. Tile Installation: Do not pre-soak tiles. Avoid using adhesive that has skinned over. Apply only as much adhesive as can be tiled within the 15–20 minute open time (may reduce in hot, dry, or windy conditions).
- 5. Grouting & Jointing: Tiles can be grouted after 2 hours using a suitable MAPEI cementitious or epoxy grout. Use Mapesil AC or LM for movement joints.
Limitations (Do Not Use On):
- Metal, rubber, cork, PVC or linoleum
- Insulation panels with vapour barriers
- Glass or agglomerate tiles and mosaics
Shelf life: 12 months (store in a dry, elevated position in original packaging)

30-day return window
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. You also have a statutory 14-day cancellation right from the date of receipt.
Items must be unused & in original packaging
Returned goods must be uninstalled, unaltered and in the same condition as received.
Installed or cut items cannot be returned
Once tiles or materials have been cut, altered or installed, no return or refund is possible under any circumstances.
How to start a return
Contact us first at info@tileexperience.co.uk or call 0208 689 4187. Send the item back with your name and order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refund to original payment method
Processed within 3–5 working days of us receiving and approving your return.
Original delivery charges are not refunded. If no refund after 15 business days, contact us.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report within 48 hours of receipt. Email info@tileexperience.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage. Confirmed replacements are sent next working day at no charge.
Non-stocked brands — restocking fee may apply
Returns for Genesis, Marmox and Bihui carry up to a 20% restocking fee. Schluter trims: 35% standard return, 15% if returning with a replacement order.
Cancellations
Cancel before dispatch for a full refund including delivery. Cancel after dispatch by rejecting the delivery — refund for goods only, not the delivery charge.
