Easy Access VEVA Drain System
The Showerlay Tray is supplied with the new VEVA easy-access drain system, designed to deliver dependable drainage performance while simplifying maintenance. The drain features an integrated trap that promotes efficient water flow while preventing odours from entering the bathroom space.
A removable inner section allows for straightforward cleaning and inspection, ensuring long-term reliability. The system is engineered to form a secure, watertight connection between the tray and waste pipe, providing confidence in everyday use.
Pre-Attached Waterproof Fleece
A factory-applied waterproof fleece layer is bonded directly to the surface of the Showerlay Tray, offering enhanced protection at critical floor and wall junctions. This additional layer improves waterproof integrity while providing a decoupling effect to help absorb minor substrate movement.
Printed guide markings on the fleece allow the tray to be trimmed by up to 100 mm on any side, making it easy to achieve a precise fit on site without compromising performance. The result is a durable, crack-resistant tiled finish and a faster, more reliable installation process.

Installation Notes
The Marmox Showerlay Tray is supplied ready for installation with no additional screeding required. Once positioned and sealed, tiles can be fixed directly onto the fleece-backed surface using suitable flexible adhesives, ensuring a secure and fully waterproof tiled shower area.

30-day return window
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. You also have a statutory 14-day cancellation right from the date of receipt.
Items must be unused & in original packaging
Returned goods must be uninstalled, unaltered and in the same condition as received.
Installed or cut items cannot be returned
Once tiles or materials have been cut, altered or installed, no return or refund is possible under any circumstances.
How to start a return
Contact us first at info@tileexperience.co.uk or call 0208 689 4187. Send the item back with your name and order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refund to original payment method
Processed within 3–5 working days of us receiving and approving your return.
Original delivery charges are not refunded. If no refund after 15 business days, contact us.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report within 48 hours of receipt. Email info@tileexperience.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage. Confirmed replacements are sent next working day at no charge.
Non-stocked brands — restocking fee may apply
Returns for Genesis, Marmox and Bihui carry up to a 20% restocking fee. Schluter trims: 35% standard return, 15% if returning with a replacement order.
Cancellations
Cancel before dispatch for a full refund including delivery. Cancel after dispatch by rejecting the delivery — refund for goods only, not the delivery charge.
