Forklift

Large slabs require a forklift at the delivery address. If unavailable, we can provide a shipping service that includes a forklift at additional cost.

Frame Charge

A refundable frame charge of £450 + VAT applies. This is refunded upon frame collection. Non-refundable if your delivery zone is C

5–7 Working Days

Delivery Area: We currently deliver to UK Mainland and the Highlands only. We do not deliver to the Islands, Ireland, or Northern Ireland.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be confident when ordering from Tile Experience. Please read the refund, cancellation and return terms below before placing your order.

Important: All large slabs are subject to a 15% administration and restocking fee. The customer is responsible for arranging the return.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to our return conditions. All large slab items incur a 35% administration/restocking fee.

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

Refunds and cancellations are not available for bespoke, customised, made-to-order, or specially manufactured items.

Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date you received your order.
  • All returned products must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns for partial orders, unwanted loose tiles, or opened packs.
  • The customer is responsible for arranging and paying the return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles, you must notify us within 2 working days of delivery.

Once reported, a member of our team will respond within two working days to discuss a refund or arrange a replacement delivery, subject to stock availability.

Shipping Costs

Delivery charges are a direct shipping cost and are non-refundable if you change your mind or cancel the order after delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after the returned products have been received and inspected.
