Forklift

Large slabs require a forklift at the delivery address. If a forklift is not available, we can provide a shipping service that includes a forklift at an additional cost.

Frame charge (refundable)

Additionally, there is a refundable frame charge of £450 + VAT. This amount will be refunded upon frame collection.

We currently only deliver to UK Mainland and the Highlands. We do not deliver to the Islands, Ireland, or Northern Ireland.

Please note that, due to the size and weight of the product, a click & collect option is not available.

RETURNS AND RETURNS
  • Cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for a full product refund.
  • Refund and cancellation do not apply to bespoke items.
  • Return items within 30 days from the received date.
  • Returns must include all unopened products in their original packaging.
  • We cannot accommodate returns for partial orders or unwanted packs.
  • Please inspect your order for any damages upon delivery and notify us within 2 working days if you find any.
  • In the event of damaged or incorrect tiles, notify us within 2 working days of delivery. A representative will respond within two working days to discuss potential refunds or arrange replacement delivery (subject to stock availability).
  • Shipping costs are the direct cost and will not be refunded if you change your mind and cancel the order. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds processed within 7 working days after product inspection.
