Kerakoll Levelflex Rapid Ultra-rapid setting self levelling compound. Free flowing, flexible, fast track substrate preparation.
Levelflex Rapid has been formulated to guarantee a true fast-track installation solution. Ready to accept foot traffic after only 30 minutes. Levelflex Rapid is also ready to receive with all types of ceramic, porcelain, natural stone and mosaic tiles even after 30 minutes.
Areas of application
Intended Use:
Self-leveling correction of uneven substrates, with ultra-rapid setting and drying for thicknesses from 2 to 15 mm.
Compatible Adhesives:
- Gel and mineral adhesives
- Single- and two-component organic mineral adhesives
- Reactive-epoxy and polyurethane adhesives
- Cement-based adhesives (water or solvent dispersed)
- Organic adhesives for hardwood flooring
Suitable Covering Materials:
- Ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, and mosaic tiles
- Hardwood floors
- Industrial floor resins from the Kerakoll Factory range

Instructions for Use
Preparation of Substrates
Ensure the substrate meets British standards and industry regulations. Substrates must be clean, free of dust, oil, grease, moisture, and loose particles. Remove residues of cement, lime, paint, and adhesives. The substrate should be stable, non-deformable, crack-free, and fully cured.
Priming:
- Cement-based screeds: Primer A Eco (Diluted)
- Calcium sulphate-based screeds: Primer A Eco (Undiluted)
- Concretes: Primer A Eco (Diluted)
- Ceramic floors/tiles: Keragrip Eco (Undiluted)
- Flooring grade plywood: Primer A Eco (Diluted)
- Gypsum fibre or fibre-cement panels: Primer A Eco (Diluted)
- Metal substrates: Keragrip Eco (Undiluted)
Preparation
- Pour 4.5-5.0 liters of clean water into a container.
- Add a bag of Levelflex Rapid while mixing.
- Mix with a mechanical mixer until smooth and self-leveling.
- For larger quantities, use suitable mixers.
- Let the mixture rest for 2 minutes, then mix briefly again.
Note: Do not add extra water as it may cause shrinkage and reduce performance.

30-day return window
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. You also have a statutory 14-day cancellation right from the date of receipt.
Items must be unused & in original packaging
Returned goods must be uninstalled, unaltered and in the same condition as received.
Installed or cut items cannot be returned
Once tiles or materials have been cut, altered or installed, no return or refund is possible under any circumstances.
How to start a return
Contact us first at info@tileexperience.co.uk or call 0208 689 4187. Send the item back with your name and order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refund to original payment method
Processed within 3–5 working days of us receiving and approving your return.
Original delivery charges are not refunded. If no refund after 15 business days, contact us.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report within 48 hours of receipt. Email info@tileexperience.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage. Confirmed replacements are sent next working day at no charge.
Non-stocked brands — restocking fee may apply
Returns for Genesis, Marmox and Bihui carry up to a 20% restocking fee. Schluter trims: 35% standard return, 15% if returning with a replacement order.
Cancellations
Cancel before dispatch for a full refund including delivery. Cancel after dispatch by rejecting the delivery — refund for goods only, not the delivery charge.
