The Solo Philosophy

Each Solo vanity unit is cast as a single continuous form — the basin recess flows seamlessly into the counter surface without any visible joints. There is no grout line to harbour bacteria, no seam to trap moisture, no edge where two materials diverge in colour over time.

Fabricated in porcelain stoneware with a Mohs hardness rating of 8 — harder than marble, granite, or quartz — the Solo requires no sealing, no re-polishing, and no periodic treatment. It is designed to be exactly what it looks like, indefinitely.

The recess in a Solo basin is not cut, routed, or applied — it is formed as part of the original body, with the same continuous grain running across the basin floor and up the internal walls. The result is a surface that behaves as a single material, not an assembly of parts.
