KERDI-BOARD-V is a tileable substrate panel with vertical grooves, which make it possible to form it into curved designs. For example, you could create a curved shower wall, or relaxing spa bench. To give you the greatest possible flexibility for your project, KE
- Schlüter-KERDI-BOARD panels with vertical grooves are suitable for creating rounded and curved structures.
- The grooved panels are initially cut to the required size. If you need larger panels, you can simply combine several backerboards with double-sided adhesive tape.
- If the grooves are to face the inside, they should be filled with tile adhesive prior to shaping the structure.
- Exterior grooves should be filled with cementitious tile adhesive prior to or during the tile installation.
Schlüter-KERDI-BOARD is made of an extruded XPS rigid foam with a cement-free reinforcement layer and an anchoring fleece laminated on both sides. The upper face of the board is imprinted with 10 x 10 mm square gridlines.
Schlüter-KERDI-BOARD is waterproof and resistant to any chemical stresses that typically occur in conjunction with tiled coverings. Where required, a certified bonded waterproofing assembly can be created with KERDI-BOARD.
In floor areas, the use of KERDI-BOARD is restricted to areas with foot traffic. Depending on the system, stepping on such coverings with hard shoes or tapping them with a hard object may produce a hollow sound.
Store KERDI-BOARD on a flat surface or in another suitable form. When stored outside, the product must be protected against direct sun exposure and weather.

30-day return window
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. You also have a statutory 14-day cancellation right from the date of receipt.
Items must be unused & in original packaging
Returned goods must be uninstalled, unaltered and in the same condition as received.
Installed or cut items cannot be returned
Once tiles or materials have been cut, altered or installed, no return or refund is possible under any circumstances.
How to start a return
Contact us first at info@tileexperience.co.uk or call 0208 689 4187. Send the item back with your name and order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refund to original payment method
Processed within 3–5 working days of us receiving and approving your return.
Original delivery charges are not refunded. If no refund after 15 business days, contact us.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report within 48 hours of receipt. Email info@tileexperience.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage. Confirmed replacements are sent next working day at no charge.
Non-stocked brands — restocking fee may apply
Returns for Genesis, Marmox and Bihui carry up to a 20% restocking fee. Schluter trims: 35% standard return, 15% if returning with a replacement order.
Cancellations
Cancel before dispatch for a full refund including delivery. Cancel after dispatch by rejecting the delivery — refund for goods only, not the delivery charge.
