Mapei Ultraplan Eco 3215 Zero is an ultra-fast-hardening, cement-based self-levelling compound designed to level and smooth internal floors. Applied from 3mm to 15mm per coat, it creates a strong, smooth and durable surface ready for the installation of tiles, natural stone, resilient flooring, carpet or timber.

Product Description
- Ultra-fast-hardening, cement-based levelling and smoothing compound for preparing internal floors.
- Corrects uneven floors and differences in substrate thickness from 3mm to 15mm in one application.
- Creates a smooth and level surface ready to receive a wide range of floor coverings.
- Highly fluid and easy-to-work mixture with excellent self-levelling properties.
- Helps eliminate minor trowel marks and small surface imperfections during application.
- Offers high adhesion to correctly prepared and primed substrates.
- Develops high compressive and flexural strength.
- Provides excellent resistance to indentation, abrasion, heavy loads and regular traffic.

Substrate Preparation
- Ensure the substrate is completely dry, solid, stable and correctly cured.
- Remove dust, loose material, paint, wax, oil, rust and traces of gypsum.
- Remove or consolidate weak cement-based surfaces before application.
- Repair cracks in concrete substrates using a suitable Mapei repair product.
- Prime cement-based substrates with Eco Prim T Plus Zero, diluted according to the substrate and Mapei’s instructions.
- Mechanically abrade anhydrite screeds to remove surface laitance before priming.
- Thoroughly clean and mechanically abrade existing ceramic and natural stone surfaces.
- Prime non-absorbent surfaces with Eco Prim T Plus Zero or Eco Prim Grip Plus as appropriate.
Mixing and Application
- Pour 4.8–5 litres of clean water into a suitable mixing container.
- Gradually add the complete 20kg bag of Ultraplan Eco 3215 Zero.
- Mix using a low-speed electric mixer until a smooth, uniform and lump-free consistency is achieved.
- Leave the mixture to stand for approximately 2–3 minutes.
- Briefly mix again before beginning the application.
- Use the prepared mixture within approximately 20–30 minutes at +23°C.
- Apply in a single coat from 3mm to 15mm using a large metal trowel or flooring rake.
- Clean tools and equipment with water before the product hardens.
Important Information
- For interior applications only.
- Do not use on substrates affected by continuous rising damp.
- Do not add extra water after the mixture has started to set.
- Do not add cement, lime, gypsum or other materials to the mixture.
- Do not apply when the temperature is below +5°C.
- If applying another coat after the previous coat has completely dried, prime the surface with Eco Prim T Plus Zero.
- Drying times may vary depending on temperature, humidity, substrate condition and site conditions.
- Confirm that the substrate and product are suitable for the intended floor covering before installation.
Storage and Safety
- Store unopened bags in a cool, dry place and protect them from moisture.
- The product remains stable for at least 12 months when stored correctly.
- Always consult the latest Mapei Technical Data Sheet and Safety Data Sheet before use.
- Wear suitable personal protective equipment during mixing and application.
- Product intended for professional use.

30-day return window
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery. You also have a statutory 14-day cancellation right from the date of receipt.
Items must be unused & in original packaging
Returned goods must be uninstalled, unaltered and in the same condition as received.
Installed or cut items cannot be returned
Once tiles or materials have been cut, altered or installed, no return or refund is possible under any circumstances.
How to start a return
Contact us first at info@tileexperience.co.uk or call 0208 689 4187. Send the item back with your name and order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Refund to original payment method
Processed within 3–5 working days of us receiving and approving your return.
Original delivery charges are not refunded. If no refund after 15 business days, contact us.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report within 48 hours of receipt. Email info@tileexperience.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage. Confirmed replacements are sent next working day at no charge.
Non-stocked brands — restocking fee may apply
Returns for Genesis, Marmox and Bihui carry up to a 20% restocking fee. Schluter trims: 35% standard return, 15% if returning with a replacement order.
Cancellations
Cancel before dispatch for a full refund including delivery. Cancel after dispatch by rejecting the delivery — refund for goods only, not the delivery charge.
